Who we are

What we collect
Early access list. When you sign up through our Linktree form, we collect your email address.
Purchases. When you buy the course, Shopify collects your name, email, billing details, and payment information. We never see or store your card number. Shopify handles payment under its own privacy policy.
Course access. To unlock the course you enter the email and order number from your receipt. We check those against your Shopify order to confirm the purchase is valid. Nothing else is sent.
Your browser. The course site stores your drill progress, best time, and sign-in on your own device using browser storage. That data stays on your device. We don't collect it.
Tracking, cookies, and third-party scripts
This site does not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heat maps, or chat widgets. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not intercept, record, or share anything you type into this site with third parties, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
Loading the site does make two third-party connections: Google Fonts (for the typefaces) and, once you're inside the course, Vimeo (the video player, with its do-not-track setting on). Those services receive your IP address in the course of serving the request, under their own privacy policies. Nothing you type reaches either of them.
The only things stored in your browser are your drill progress, best time, and sign-in, all first-party and used only to make the course work. If we ever add analytics or any other tracking tool, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before it runs.

- To send course updates and related news after launch
- To deliver the course you bought and provide support
- To confirm a purchase before unlocking course access
Who else sees it
Only the services that run this site. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Linktree hosts the sign-up form
- Our email provider sends our emails
- Shopify processes purchases
- Netlify hosts this site and runs the purchase check
- Vimeo plays the course video (we use its do-not-track setting)
We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Click it and you're off the list. You can also email luke@statementcontent.com and we'll remove you.
How long we keep it
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law require.
Your rights
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email luke@statementcontent.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and EU residents under the GDPR; the same email handles those requests.
Kids
This site is not intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new effective date.
